We can simply choose who we keep near us. However, it's generally not that simple to remove the toxic relationships from our lives. We've all gone through it at some point in our lives. The partner who appears to have it in for you, the friend who makes you a part of their daily drama, the troublesome neighbor, or the relatives who wear you out each time you see them.What every one of these individuals has in common is that they are unpleasant and in a way, drain the energy from you with every action or conversation. Like a toxic substance, they don't do anything to improve your life or make it any simpler.
