1.1.   In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to [email protected] . In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as proof of the claim has been provided by the complainant. If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to vendor for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

1.2.   return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

1.3.   How to return an item-

1.3.1.   Contact Customer Support at [email protected]  to request a return. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

1.3.2.   Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your message and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color), account credit, or a refund.

1.3.3.   Attach image file of the damaged product in mail.

2.1.   Manufacturing-Products are sent into production within 24 hours of placing order. Production time is usually a maximum of 5 business days.
2.2.   Order cancelation- we have limited ability to cancel order up to the point where the order is queued for production witch usually take 24 hours from placing an order. If you have wish to cancel the order at first 24 hours we do recommend that you contact us at [email protected] and we will help as much as we can.
2.3.   Shipping- shipping time is varied between 5 to 12 business days for USA shipping and up to 30 business days for international shipping depending on the products you order and the shipping method selected.  If an order is submitted after 5 pm EST, the next day is considered to be the first day of SLA.
2.4.   Requesting an address correction- we have limited ability to change a shipping destination up to the point where the order is queued for shipment. If you have made an error with your shipping destination and the order status is still pending, we do recommend that you contact us at [email protected] .
3.     TAXES
Taxes are applied to customers and customs fees are covered by the customers if applicable
